Every bucket hat is a 1-of-1 "artifact," hand-built from upcycled denim and layered with traditional Boro and Sashiko stitching to give it that heavy, textured pressure. Between the manual distressing and the custom embroidery, no two are ever the same—each piece is designed to fray and evolve the more you live in it. One and done; once these hit the site, they aren't coming back.
